JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (Feb. 8, 2017) – A bill introduced in the Missouri House would block enforcement of federal laws that infringe on the right to keep and bear arms. Passage of the bill would help end federal gun control within the state in practice and effect.
A Missouri State House bill would require “gun free” private establishments that ban concealed carry to assume responsibility for the safety of those people if they are harmed.
